A single-origin hojicha made exclusively from the fine stems (karigane / bou) of Ujimidori, a premium tea cultivar from Kyoto. Roasting brings out the stems’ natural sweetness and soft aroma, creating a tea with gentle nutty notes and a clean, calming finish.
Smooth, elegant, and low in bitterness, it is easy to enjoy every day, especially after meals or in the evening.
How to
Tea: 6g
Water: 180ml
Temperature: 90°C
Time: 25 sec - 1min (adjust to taste)
Steps

Warm your teapot or cup (optional but recommended).

Add the tea leaves.

Pour hot water (90°C) and steep for about 25 sec - 1min.

Strain and enjoy.
Tip: If you prefer a deeper roasted note, steep a little longer.
