If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery/collection, additional reshipping costs may apply.

EU/EEA/UK customers – right of withdrawal (cooling-off period):
If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA/UK, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Exceptions:
This right may not apply to certain items, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, and other exceptions permitted by law. For tea products, opened packages are generally not eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
